Luffy and Koby arrive at Naval Base Island. Koby is hoping to sign up with the navy, while Luffy looking to recruit Roronoa Zolo into his pirate crew. Things don’t seem to be right on the island. Everyone on the seems to be just as terrified of Captain Morgan, leader of the base, as they are of Zolo. They have good reason to, Morgan is little more than a paranoid, ruthless tyrant, and his selfish, spoiled-rotten son had Zolo imprisoned under dubious charges. And in the process of rescuing Zolo from his false imprisonment and eventual execution, Luffy and Koby end up getting on Morgan’s bad side! How will our heroes escape this mess?
